Overview

The nsupdate updates the NovaStar system to the latest version. This program is normally only run by TriLynx staff in order to ensure proper system updates. However, the program documentation is included here for NovaStar system administrators that perform updates themselves. TODO smalers 2017-10-13 need to incorporate Steve's preliminary documentation.
