NovaStar Program Reference / Forecasting / Overview

Forecasting programs estimate streamflow in the future based on past conditions. NovaStar includes built-in forecasting features based on National Weather Service software and can store forecasts as a data point. TODO smalers 2017-10-13 These features are not widely used and need to be reviewed.
